ENCOURAGEMENT FOR TODAY

Royalty in Trash

A princess fumbled in trash in her royal apparel.
She stepped into the dumping sight
Dirt was attracted to her glory and glow, so it clung on her garments.
She literally played numb and neutral, as though she was ordinary.
But in the twinkling of an eye, her royal garment was filthy.

She stood up and strived to dust herself off
But dirt had no idea of who she was, so she was filthy.
Though she successfully prevented dirt from getting under her skin
her garment was already corrupted.
In an attempt to redeem her dignity, she stood up in shock and exclaimed;
“I am a princess, filth I touch not.
“Dirt I let you defile my decency but I shall rise again.
“I shall dust myself off and press on.
“I may have stumbled but I know who I am,
 I am a Princess.”

The Princess staggered in the wrong place at the wrong time but she encouraged herself to press on.
Murmuring to herself she said;
"What I did today was just so low of me, or is it who I am?
Is my past catching up on me?
No, I can't be the same as I was,
I’m sure my life transformed, or did I track back?
Why would I do that? Is it worth it?
I know one thing that: “Whom the Son sets free is surely free indeed"
No, I refuse to track back; I declare myself free!

Arise and Press On

I know I stumbled yesterday
But Today I rise
It’s a new day, isn't it?
Let me rejoice too
No, I'm no hypocrite, neither am I pretentious
I’m no failure I just know I’m righteous.

I know who I am
I know who's I am
I know my benefits through the blood of the Lamb.
At mine hearts confession
Forgiveness is promised so I receive my portion of liberty
No, I’m no hypocrite, neither am I pretentious
I just know who I am.

I’m pure, I'm upright I’m righteous
Grace extends its sufficiency even unto me
Yes, I am my father's daughter

Silence! Silence! How shall I take advantage of grace?
When I live a righteous life riding on grace daily
I'm no hypocrite, neither am I pretentious
I just know who's I am.
"The righteous fall seven times yet they rise again"
I know my benefits through the blood of the Lamb.
I’m righteous, I’m pure, Thu’ saith the Lord
And His words I believe not mine. My Father is Righteous, So Am I.

(The expressions of my heart)

You know my friend in this journey of life, I have learned to encourage myself no matter what the circumstances may be. As I’m lying on my back here I thought I should write you a note just to encourage you, bare this in mind; THOUGH YOU MAY STUMBLE ON THE WAY; DON’T STAY ON THE GROUND, DUST YOURSELF OFF, FIX YOUR SHOES AND MOVE FORWARD!
#MuchLove!
